Students visit Boca Hospital

Future Leaders of Tomorrow

Created for student leaders at Lynn, Future Leaders of Tomorrow (FLOT) is a special January Term program that allows all students to gain exposure to Boca Raton's business and civic communities.

Developed in partnership with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, this program includes three days of field trips. Each day focuses on topics in Civic and Community; Economic Development; and Entrepreneurship.

When students aren't touring and learning first-hand about Boca business and civic organizations, they work on their professional development through resume and cover letter writing, behavioral assessments, mock interviews, LinkedIn seminars and tips on dressing for success.

The FLOT program is my favorite class... the three years I've been at Lynn. It exposed me to an array of opportunities right here in Boca.
