Professional profile

Stacy Griffin relocated to Florida from Connecticut in 2012, joining the Lynn family just in time to witness the third and final Presidential Debate on the Lynn campus. Prior to her tenure at Lynn, she invested six years at a community college in a shared role between Career Services and Admissions. While there she taught First-Year Experience and Career Development courses.

Stacy returned to school as an adult, after a successful career as a corporate travel agent and cosmetology, earning her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Master of Education from Springfield College (Springfield, MA). Stacy’s breadth of experience in various career industries, uniquely qualifies her to advise and coach students across the spectrum of majors at Lynn.

Stacy uses a student centric approach to empower students through one-on-one strengths coaching, resume writing, and cover letter creation, while supporting first-year students in finding their greatest potential early in their college careers. Stacy is a “Thought Igniter,” Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and serves on the Board of The Florida Association of College and Employers.
