Dr. Rosalie Ellis Payne began her career with Carnival Cruise Lines in 1984. Her career spanned 33 years where she progressed from the position of phone agent to Sr. Director of Contact Center Operations and Human Resources. After earning her doctorate degree in 1999, she joined the adjunct faculty of Florida Memorial University where she taught various business and management courses for the next 10 years. Dr. Payne retired from Carnival Cruise Lines in March 2017. She has two adult children.
