Professional Profile:

Riordan is responsible for student life at Lynn University, including campus safety, housing, recreation, student involvement, health and counseling, spiritual and religious life, multicultural affairs and the women’s center. Since joining Lynn in 2009, he introduced a program to provide students with staff mentors and peer mentors, opened the Women's Center and launched the Office of Multicultural Affairs. He has also provided new strategic direction and expanded the curriculum for new student orientation. 

Prior to joining Lynn, Riordan had extensive experience at Millersville University, the University of North Carolina, James Madison University and Heidelberg College.

Under his leadership, Lynn University’s Division of Student Affairs achieved recognition on the 2014 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for serving the community and placing more students on a lifelong path of civic engagement. He is also the founder of The Student Affairs Cancer Foundation and The Conquer Colon Cancer Foundation.
