The Mary and Harold Perper Residence Hall is an exciting addition to the Lynn campus. It houses 170 students in apartment-like rooms for upperclassmen, and is located in the former home of the intramural field. As a student living in this residence hall, you'll enjoy ample study areas, private bathrooms, lounges, modern furnishings and a peaceful courtyard.
