Professional Profile:

Cox and his team are responsible for designing the curriculum for the university’s award-winning iPad learning program. Under his leadership, the university has intensified the focus of its academic offerings and trained faculty to provide first-rate teaching through creative use of technology.

He began his career at Lynn in 1981 as a mathematics instructor and later played central roles in academics and athletics including department chair, dean for multiple colleges and coach of the women’s golf team. He also developed the Pine Tree Camps computer camp.

Cox was recognized twice for the Outstanding Professor award. He also led the women’s golf team to three consecutive national championships and was a three-time recipient of the National Women’s Golf Coach of Year award.
