Candidates must be enrolled as current undergraduate students and must be in dire need of aid. Eligibility is determined by FAFSA. This grant is not available to students pursuing a second bachelor’s degree. For the Federal Pell Grant, students must apply no later than two weeks before the end of the current term for the term they are seeking aid.
This grant amount changes annually—$200–$6,895—depending on the family’s resources and the federal funds available.
