Candidates must:
- Be enrolled as full-time undergraduate students
- Take 12 credits/semester
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Be a dependent of parents who have been residents of Florida for at least 12 months, OR be independent residents of Florida for at least 12 months for other than educational purposes.
Funds will be awarded after the fall semester add/drop period to students who meet the above criteria and have highest unmet need per Florida guidelines.
