MBA 651 Creativity and Innovation
Explore the entrepreneurial mindset as it relates to creativity and innovation. Review theoretical and applied models of creativity and innovation, and compare their applications by individuals, groups, and organizations. Discover innovative approaches to opportunity recognition and learn what it means to be truly entrepreneurial and innovative.
MBA 652 Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures
Discuss how to create economic value in your business ventures. Gain techniques to enhance business sustainability and growth by forming and implementing profitable innovation and creating an organizational culture of innovation.
MBA 653 Entrepreneurial Financing
Learn how to find and secure financing for entrepreneurs, and how to grow and manage the venture. Practice forecasting and calculating revenues, start-up expenses, and working capital and reserve requirements. Learn where to source funding, how to apply for it and how to build a sound argument to attract funds.
Graduates must complete a total of 36 credits.
