CRJ 330Constitutional Law

This course provides students with an introduction to selected topics in federal US Constitutional law. The subjects covered include: judicial review, executive power, the commerce clause, the First Amendment's free speech and religion clauses, due process of law, and equal protection of the laws. In addition, the course examines the role of the US Supreme Court in interpreting the federal constitution and the ways in which its interpretive approach has changed over time.
