BUS 425Operations and Supply Chain Management

This course provides an overview of the functions and activities necessary to create and distribute goods and services globally. It provides a survey and analysis of the quantitative tools and techniques such as industry-specific software packages used to make strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. Topics include global operations and supply chain strategies, marketing, network & systems design, forecasting, sourcing, quality assurance, inventory management, JIT, Lean and Six Sigma systems, and sustainability.
