BUS 403HR Compliance & Risk Management

This course builds on previous Human Resource Management (HRM) coursework and explores how organizations can remain in legal compliance, while managing risk, throughout the HR function. Students will learn to apply federal employment laws in HR processes, and will be able to assess and mitigate risks in organizations.
