Lynn University’s six residence halls (Lynn, Trinity, de Hoernle, Freiburger and E. M. Lynn, and Perper) provide living accommodations for more than half of the university’s students. All room accessories (bedspreads, lamps, etc.) are provided by the student. Computer Internet access and cable television connections are provided. The Office of Housing and Residence Life assigns new students rooms and roommates. Returning students must choose their rooms and roommates during select dates during the spring term.

A resident assistant is a para-professional staff member and student whose primary responsibility is to build a community atmosphere among students in each hall. They also have the authority to refer to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards any student who is suspected of violating campus policies.
