Academic Achievement Scholarship - Undergraduate Day Program

Candidate must be a current full-time student who has completed at least two full semesters at Lynn with a 3.5 GPA or higher and good social standing. The award cannot exceed $5,000 per academic year. Half of the award amount will be disbursed in September and the second half in February. Priority consideration will be given to students who currently receive less than $10,000 in institutional aid.

Interested students must complete the scholarship application, submit a current resume and submit an essay that includes:

  • An opening paragraph stating your program of study, academic standing, GPA and any honors, as well as your anticipated graduation year.
  • A paragraph summarizing your financial need (include any other financial aid you are currently receiving).
  • A paragraph clarifying how the financial difficulties impact other areas of your life.
  • A closing paragraph explaining how completion of your specific degree will enhance your work life/career.
