Testing Center

Students in the Institute have access to the Testing Center. A student receives academic support in the Testing Center.

The Testing Center provides students with a distraction-reduced, untimed environment in which to take exams. Additional accommodations provided by the Testing Center include, but are not limited to: extended time testing in a separate testing and distraction-reduced environment, reader, scribe and computer access for recording answers to test questions. Testing Center staff members proctor all exams, and the dean of the Institute for Achievement and Learning provides oversight.

The Testing Center is located on the third floor of the Count and Countess de Hoernle International Center. Testing Center hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Students must make prior arrangements with their professors in order to use the facility. While taking their exams, students must follow established rules and procedures outlined by the Testing Center.
