Experiential Excursions
The Institute for Achievement and Learning strives to create unique experiences where students can learn and grow. Through observing the growth and adaptive behavior of nature, students can discover how to adapt their environments to achieve personal and academic success. Thus, the local excursions led by the Institute allow students to participate in activities that encourage wellness, cultural awareness, environmental awareness and responsibility.
Excursion opportunities include trips to the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, the Boca Raton Museum of Art and participation in the Adopt-A-Spot program to encourage citizen participation in beautification projects.
