The Graduate Certificate in Digital Animation consists of 18 credits of graduate course work that comprise theories, concepts and practices of animation. The required courses correspond to courses in the Digital Animation specialization in the M.S. in Communication and Media. Students enrolled in the Media Studies and Practice specialization in the M.S. in Communication and Media program or who have completed the latter are eligible to enroll in the Graduate Certificate in Digital Animation program. Students who hold master's degrees in other academic areas and/or students who hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution must meet the graduate admissions standards for the M.S. in Communication and Media.
