The Multimedia Design major combines a wide variety of skills and knowledge from traditional arts, photography and graphic design, to advanced motion capture systems and 3-D printing technologies. These new tools offer the opportunity for the creation of groundbreaking designs.

Students majoring in Multimedia Design have the opportunity to explore traditional and new media tools in a creative learning environment. In a series of hands-on courses, students study aspects of multimedia design and become familiar with the foundation for creating aesthetic-based designs in a variety of formats including print, web and video. Students also complete a professional quality portfolio for a campus exhibit that showcases their work to the Lynn community and potential employers in the field.
