The College of Hospitality Management offers a solid educational foundation and emphasizes capitalizing on areas of the hospitality industry experiencing the most significant growth. Blending academic and career preparation, the college provides the skills to manage change and exercise leadership to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality and sports industries around the world.
A new and innovative curriculum introduced in Fall 2007 allows students to concentrate studies within the fastest-growth segments of hospitality:
B.S. in Hospitality Management (3 specializations)
- Resort and Hotel Management
- Vacation Ownership/Timeshare Management
- Sports and Recreation Management
Graduate degree programs are available in conjunction with the College of Business and Management through the M.B.A. specializations in Hospitality Management and Sports and Athletics Administration.
