Minor in Music
Conservatory of Music
Designed to complement any degree program, the Music minor allows a student with an interest in music and/or a previous background in music performance to enhance their appreciation and understanding by taking courses in the fundamentals of music history and music theory. While applied music instruction is not required as part of the Music minor, private instrumental lessons are available to the student as a general elective with the course MUS 100 Elective in Instrumental Lessons.
