January Term
Specific projects for the J-Term are determined by department, and individual studios intensively address critical issues of the performer through seminars created to explore repertoire outside the traditional requirements. Recent conservatory J-Term activities have included Alexander Technique, audition recording preparation seminar, student adjudicated mock auditions, breathing class, jazz seminar and a concerto reading orchestra.
