The College of Liberal Education offers a wide range of classes in a variety of disciplines in the best tradition of a liberal arts education. There are 8 undergraduate degree programs offered in the college:

- B.A. in Liberal Arts (3 specializations)

The college also offers a Certificate in Emergency and Disaster Management (2 concentrations)

The master's programs are designed to develop leaders and managers who serve in the private or public sector and understand the impact of global transformations that affect our daily lives. There are 2 degree programs and a certificate program:
- M.S. in Administration (2 specializations)
- M.S. in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling
- Certificate in Emergency Planning and Administration
