Restaurant Management Certificate

From kitchen management to the customer dining experience, this certificate program educates students on the basics of managing restaurants. Students learn how to manage employees, food and beverage costs, sanitation and more and are well equipped to enter the hospitality work force with proficiency.

Credits earned can be applied to a future Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management degree in the Evening Undergraduate division.

Note: To apply for a certificate program, students must apply to Evening Undergraduate Admissions for the Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management but are not required to pursue the full degree. Acceptance into Lynn University is required to register for courses. Certificates will be issued when a student has completed all certificate course work with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA.
