Professional Commercial Pilot

This certificate is available to pilots who have already earned their private pilot certificate.

Though this course of study, you’ll learn all of the things that a commercial pilot certificate student would—plus a more thorough education in primary flight theory with dual and solo flights, as well as basic and advanced instrument flight theory.

The certification requirements for a professional commercial pilot certificate are significantly tighter than the standards you’ve already met for a private pilot certificate—so while training for your new certification, you’ll be held to tighter criteria. You’ll improve your ability to execute the flight maneuvers you’ve already learned, and you’ll add to your proficiency by learning more in-depth, commercial-performance maneuvers, too.

Obtaining your professional commercial pilot certificate will enhance your piloting ability—and potentially also your salary.
