Professional Profile
Lynn University is a great place to get an education for many reasons. One reason is the quality of professors at Lynn University; the faculty members are enthusiastic and energetic, as well as knowledgeable in their subjects. Another outstanding quality of Lynn is the size of its classes. The class sizes are small enough that students tend to develop a personal relationship with their professors, unlike larger universities.
Upon graduating from Lynn University with a Bachelor of Arts, Baroff become a full-time flight instructor in the School of Aeronautics. He has been a flight instructor since January 2007, and teaches individuals ranging from student pilots to commercial pilots.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is practice does not make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect. I tell all of my students this at the very beginning of their training, encouraging them to give a full 110 percent effort with everything they do.
