Sonia Villaverde found her way into the sciences after studying the art of famed renaissance man Leonardo da Vinci. Inspired by his scientific approach to the art of the human body, Villaverde applies the same connections in the classroom at Lynn University. Her students are offered opportunities to join her in scientific study adventures abroad and through hands-on activities and lab study.
